We met Clint at a convention and were super inspired by his story with Mr. Jensen.  

How often did we see our team?  See their talents and see how they could better contribute to the job and themselves.

We go go go every day to keep the company going, but we can't miss the opportunity to influence our team each day. Keeping your company profitable is super important, as is developing the team around you to stay profitable.

At dinner with colleagues we were telling stories of people we were Mr. Jensen for.  People we influenced and went out of our way to bring along in our companies and the industry.  There were many people we helped.  I was impressed with the group.

Then, we talked about the inspirational people who gave us opportunity when we needed it. We spoke about our Dads, Moms, teachers, Aunts, and Uncles, individuals who altered the course of our lives. There were many great stories about how we were influenced and brought along. We also saw how we might not have deserved the chance, but someone saw us and helped us.
