Not asking for an up-sell hurts the clients

Training your techs to present the up-sell is part of the service. 

  • Not presenting another problem is a disservice.
  • Look for ways to service your client better.
  • Do the extra things to WOW the client.
  • Get more repeat clients.
  • Get more referrals from clients.
