Tech training needs to be done for a few minutes everyday. Often the lessons are repetitive. This is on purpose. The more we drill down on key subjects, the more natural it will seem to the technicians. As to how long it will take, we think it takes most technicians 3-6 months to really start to make big changes and buy in. As an owner, you need to commit to the process of gradual improvement. We have learned (the hard way) that a DAILY meeting is what garners real results over time. There is no hack or shortcut to getting really well trained technicians.
