You are invited to upgrade to Super Tech University Pro. Free.
This was built for teams that are remote. Most companies watch the lessons together, this was built for teams that are not able to meet regularly.
If you want to share the lessons with individuals, on top of meeting, this is the perfect system to implement.
There is no change to move to the pro system. We will start you where you are in the Super Tech lesson sequence. Watch The video below to see the highlights.

These are the changes
What you can do on Pro
You will have the same training your team already knows.
You start where you are
We will start your team where they already are in the Super Tech lesson sequence. The move to Pro does not send anyone back to the beginning. You will continue from the lesson they are on now.
Monitor your team's activity
In the Company Dashboard every user is listed with their last login and how many times they have signed in.
See what lessons they completed
See which lessons your team members have completed. View each training; the daily Super Tech lessons, customer service rep training, the service manager, estimator, and the business development series.
See what they scored on the quizzes
The quiz report lets you see who is completing the quizzes and how they are scoring.
Download a sheet that shows their progress
The course, quiz and progress reports each show your team member's completion on the training. Export the data to an excel or a csv file.
Built-in accountability
The system was set up so a technician cannot advance to the next lesson until they view the previous day's lesson. That is a standard that was requested. It holds the team accountable to watching the lessons. We can edit that feature as needed.
Company dashboard
One screen for the whole shop
This was the idea behind Pro: you can track everybody and see where they are, when they train on their own.
The dashboard lists your users and where they are in the Super Tech lesson sequence. The same views are presented for customer service rep training, the service manager, and the business development, and estimator, including when they saw the last lesson.
If the shop does the lesson together every day, you already know who was in the room. You will not need this screen for that.
But, your team can each have their own account and take the quizzes on their own if you want. There is no charge to add them, and no charge to upgrade right now.
Library
The lessons, paced
Library shows the courses. The daily Super Tech University lessons can collapse for easy viewing.
Lessons that are not available, are presented, so you can see what is coming up soon.
Open a lesson and it feels like the Super Tech University page you already use. While you are navigating, a side panel shows where you are: lessons already seen, the quiz, and what is coming next.
Technicians move one lesson at a time.
Administrators can open all of them.
Save a lesson as a favorite, same as before.

No charge to upgrade
