Here is a sample lesson for your Customer Service Representatives.  They will understand how to communicate and convert calls that come into your business.  The skills presented will create more activity from the same amount of calls coming into your business.

The CSR lessons come out every Monday to sharpen the skills of the CSR's each week on a continuous basis.  Education and development is an ongoing process.
