How To Implement The Lessons?

There are different ways to implement the lessons with your team.  What has worked best for our clients, is having all the techs together watching the meeting and having a short discussion afterward.  The lessons are about 5-6 minutes.  Have a short discussion about the content with your team for 5 minutes.  Then get them in their trucks and out the door, inspired to do a great job during their day!

Some techs start from their home and go directly to the job site.  We can email them directly or text them on their phone.  The texting technology is not as reliable with all the carriers but we can do our best to get the lessons to the techs.  If they can not make the meeting, the lesson will still be valuable to them.
