Here’s how to implement the toolkit this week:
1) Pick a time (morning huddle, lunch, end of day)
2) Play the video (4-6 minutes)
3) Ask 2–3 questions (provided under each lesson)
4) Let your techs answer (this is the accountability)
5) Repeat daily (or this week, anytime) — consistency is the secret
Do not use this system as a weapon. Use it as coaching.
